At the Board meeting, the Commissioners directed Public Works to revise the conditions of approval on FHDP-533 to allow a six foot chain link fence around the tank battery facility. The Board's opinion was that the chain link fence around the tank battery facility in an open space area with a wide floodplain would not cause an adverse impact to adjacent properties. Condition 2 of the Public Works Conditions of Approval is hereby modified to allow a 6 foot high chain link fence around the tank battery facility. All other conditions of approval remain in effect as stated in the FHDP Conditional Approval Letter dated August 12, 2008. Sincerely, Clay kimmi, P.E., C.F.M. After completing an environmental assessment of the proposed sites, it was decided that the wetlands could be avoided and would not be impacted. Anadarko agreed to install a silt fence between the proposed drill pad and the wetlands to ensure no impacts will occur. Please contact me at (303)858-8350 with any questions.
