DEED OF DISTRIBUTION BY PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
THIS DEED made by Katrinka N. Cromwell, f/Ida Katrinka N. Grashot, as Personal
Representative of the Estate of James E. Hess, Deceased, Grantor, whose address is 33553

WHEREAS, James E. Hess died on April 8, 2004, a resident of Weld County, Colorado,
leaving a Last Will and Testament dated December 8, 2003, and
WHEREAS, Katrinka N. Cromwell, f/k/a Katrinka N. Grashot, daughter of the decedent,
was named as the Personal Representative of decedent's estate under the terms and provisions of
said Last Will and Testament, and

appointed as the Personal Representative of said estate, and Letters Testamentary were issued by

under the terms and provisions of decedent's Last Will and Testament,
