In follow-up to our conversation yesterday, I have enclosed a photocopy of the Floodway Panel Map # 1
which encumbers the property located in part of the South one-half of Section 20, Township 6 North,
Range 67 West of the 6'" P.M., more specifically described as Lot A and Lot B of RE -3124.
Questions concerning the development and construction potential of these lands in the floodplain and
floodway designated areas should be directed to Clay Kimmi, Department of Public Works at 970-356-
