A public hearing was conducted on June 24, 2009, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner William F. Garcia, Chair
Commissioner Douglas Rademacher, Pro-Tem
Commissioner Sean P. Conway
Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer - EXCUSED
Commissioner David E. Long
Also present:

The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated May 8, 2009, and duly published May 15, 2009,
in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of Keith Thoene
for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit #1694 for a Home
Business (storage of construction materials - steel doors and frames) in the A (Agricultural)
Zone District. Bruce Barker, County Attorney, made this a matter of record.
Chris Gathman, Department of Planning Services, stated staff is requesting that the matter be
continued to July 29, 2009, at 10:00 a.m., since the Planning Commission hearing previously
scheduled on June 2, 2009, was continued to July 7, 2009.
No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
Commissioner Conway moved to continue the request of Keith Thoene for a Site Specific
Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit #1694 for a Home Business (storage of
construction materials - steel doors and frames) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, to July 29,
2009, at 10:00 a.m. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Rademacher, and it carried
unanimously. There being no further discussion, the hearing was completed at 10:05 a.m.
