RESOLUTION
RE: ADOPTION OF JOB DESCRIPTION, REVIEW WAGE SALARY BENEFITS
AND COMPLETE POLICY MANUAL RELATIVE THERETO FOR WELD COUNTY.
WHEREAS, it was apparent to the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that there was an urgent
need for a comprehensive study concerning complete personnel
survey resulting in affirmative action plan, job description,
review wage salary benefits and complete policy manual relative
thereto, and
WHEREAS, heretofore, by resolution dated March 26 ,
1975, the Board entered into an agreement with Management De-
sign Association providing for a comprehensive personnel survey,
and
WHEREAS, Management Design Association made a detailed
study and heretofore presented the final draft of the Affirmative
Action Plan, which was approved and adopted by resolution of the
Board dated September 17 , 1975, and
WHEREAS, Management Design Association has now sub-
mitted job descriptions , review of wage salary benefits and a
complete policy manual relative thereto, and
WHEREAS , the Board believes it to be in the best in-
terest of the County to approve and adopt aforementioned items
as submitted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that the job description,
review wage salary benefits and complete policy manual relative
thereto, copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof
by reference, be, and it hereby is approved and adopted and that
the same become effective forthwith.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote this 24th day
of December, A. D. , 1975.
