RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO JUVENILE COMMUNITY REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Juvenile Community Review Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Gregory Kittilson be appointed to said board
as the regular citizen representative, to replace Patty Hughes; that Charles Archibeque be
appointed to said board as the alternate citizen representative, to replace Jerry Borger; that Ginger
Geissinger be appointed to said board as the bar association representative, to replace Richard
Brady, effective December 15, 2008; and that Trevor McQuain be appointed to said board as the
regular mental health representative, to replace Paulette Tarnasky; all with terms to expire
November 1, 2011, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Gregory Kittilson, Charles Archibeque,
Ginger Geissinger (effective December 15, 2008), and Trevor McQuain to said board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Gregory Kittilson, Charles Archibeque, Ginger Geissinger (effective
December 15, 2008), and Trevor McQuain, be, and hereby are, appointed to the Juvenile
Community Review Board, all with terms to expire November 1, 2011.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 2nd day of February, A.D., 2009.
