KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT:
WHEREAS, Amoco Production Company, a corporation, with
an office in Denver, Colorado, hereinafter called "Amoco" ,
is the owner and the operator of oil and gas leases covering
the following described tracts of land, to-wit:
TRACT NO. 1: Weld County "B" Unit
Township 2 North, Range 67 West
Section 26: N/2 NE/4
TRACT NO. 2: Weld County "C"
Township 2 North, Range 67 West
Section 26: S/2 NE/4
said tracts of land being situated in Weld County, State of
Colorado; and,
WHEREAS, Amoco desires to commingle crude oil produced
from a well or wells located on either of said tracts with
crude oil produced from a well or wells located on the other
of said tracts; and,
WHEREAS, the undersigned (whether one or more) has no
objection to the commingling of production, as aforesaid,
but wishes to agree upon a method of determining the amount
of crude oil produced from each of said tracts of land and
the various wells now located or that may hereafter be
located thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of
the sum of One Dollar and other good and valuable consideration
paid to the undersigned by said Amoco, the receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned
(whether one or more) does hereby agree that Amoco, its
successors and assigns, may commingle crude oil produced
from any and all wells now or hereafter located upon the
tracts of land above described; and does further agree that
in the event production is commingled, as aforesaid, the

Area Superintendent of Amoco, or his authorized representative,
shall estimate the production from each of the wells on said
tracts of land by periodic well tests; that during the
period of each of such tests, each well wi.l.l be produced
separately and the production percentage shown thereby will
be the basis upon which the monthly production from each
well and each lease will be determined; and, that monthly
payment of royalties shall be made upon such determinations.
This agreement may be executed in counterpart and shall
be binding upon the undersigned, and upon the undersigned' s
heirs, successors and assigns, regardless of whether it be
executed by all owners of production from the lands above
described.

Gentlemen:
Agreement for Commingling of Production
Weld County B Unit and Weld County C Lease
We are enclosing herewith for each of you, two copies of a
Commingling Agreement for your approval covering production
from the Weld County "B" Unit and "C" Lease. You are listed
on our records as royalty interest owners in these two
tracts.
We desire to commingle the production from these two wells
into one battery and allocate the production on the basis of
periodic well tests as provided in the agreement. Since the
leases are adjoining it makes an economic advantage from our
standpoint and yours to commingle the production through one
tank battery. Commingling will result in reduced operating
costs thereby extending the economic limit of these leases
through higher ultimate oil recovery. This benefits both
the Royalty Interest Owners and the Working Interest Owners .
We will appreciate your early consideration and approval of
the attached agreement. Kindly have your signature notarized
and return an executed copy to us.
