WHITNEY' S, INC.
WHEREAS, Whitney' s, Inc. of Fort Lupton, Colorado,
has offered $500. 00 for a 1953 International Truck,
County Number 64-05-225, and
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best
interests of the County to accept said offer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the
Chairman be and he is hereby authorized to sign said
certificate of title, Weld E144531 conveying a 1953 Inter-
national Truck, Serial Number 1369, to Whitney' s, Inc.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion
duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote this
30th day of July, 1975.
