RE: APPROVE EQUIPMENT PURCHASE PROPOSAL AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN -
DIVERSIFIED FABRICATORS, INC.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with an Equipment Purchase Proposal between
the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, on behalf of the Department of Public Works, and Diversified Fabricators, Inc., with terms
and conditions being as stated in said proposal, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve and accept said proposal,
a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the proposal between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through
the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Department of Public Works,
and Diversified Fabricators, Inc., be, and hereby is, approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized to
sign said proposal.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 28th day of October, A.D., 2009.

Cement Spreader Truck
Could you reserve a spot for me on Wednesday's agenda? I would like to get a cement spreader mounted on a
used truck approved by the Board. The vendor is: Diversified Fabricators, Inc., 1325 Highway 41 Bypass South,
Griffin, GA 30024. The amount of the transaction is $110,000. This has not gone through the regular bid
process due to the chassis being used.
I will get the paperwork to you today.
