Violation Summary Report
As we have previously discussed, while the presence of a NONCOMMERCIAL JUNKYARD consisting of
DERELICT VEHICLES and miscellaneous debris is an allowed use within the Agriculture Zone District, it
must be completely SCREENED from all adjacent properties and public rights -of -ways. It appears that
while some of the debris has outgrown the previously screened area, part of the screening has also fallen
down and no longer serves as adequate screening.
Additionally, I noted that fencing has been partially installed along the Northern property however, the
screening is not opaque and is not an approved material.
RECOMMENDATION
As this is a repeat violation, the Department of Planning Services recommends this case be forwarded to
the County Attorney's Office for immediate legal action.
