RE: DECLARE CERTAIN EQUIPMENT AS SURPLUS PROPERTY AND APPROVE SALE OF
SAME AT AUCTION WITH ROLLER AND ASSOCIATES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, State statute and the Weld County Code require that all items disposed of be
declared surplus by the Board of County Commissioners, and
WHEREAS, the County has determined that certain equipment, as described in Exhibit A,
a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is no longer required for
County use, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to declare said equipment as
surplus and authorize the sale of same at the next scheduled Roller and Associates auction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that certain equipment, as described in Exhibit A, be, and hereby is, declared
as surplus.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the sale of said equipment at the next
scheduled Roller and Associates auction be, and hereby is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 6th day of April, A.D., 2009.

The only two plotters that look like they match that time frame and are 1055CM models are 65003095 and
65003169. I don't track where the plotter resides. Can ACS confirm those are the two being declared surplus?
