RE: AUTHORIZE WELD COUNTY TREASURER TO ACCEPT SURETY BOND AND
FURTHER AUTHORIZE THE COUNTY TREASURER TO ISSUE A DUPLICATE
TAX SALE CERTIFICATE.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Weld County Treasurer, Frances M. Loustalet, has
requested authority to accept a surety bond indemnifying him
against loss by reason of so doing, and to issue a duplicate tax
sale certificate No. 48/1976 issued by the Weld County Treasurer
to Robert V. Frank in the amount of Three Hundred Twenty-Nine
Dollars and 45/100 ($329. 45) , dated in 1976, and which certifi-
cate has been lost, misplaced, stolen or destroyed, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Treasurer has presented such a Lost
Instrument Bond for the Board' s approval and acceptance, and
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best interests
of the County to authorize the County Treasurer to issue a new
certificated under proper circumstances of indemnification of both
the Weld County Treasurer and Weld County, Colorado, and as con-
tained in the aforementioned bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Com-
missioners, Weld County, Colorado, that the Weld County Treasurer,
Frances M. Loustalet, be and he hereby is authorized to issue a
duplicate tax sale certificate No. 48/1976 to Robert V. Frank in
the amount of Three Hundred Twenty-nine Dollars and 45/100 ($329. 45) ,
subject to receiving a penal bond in the sum of Six Hundred Fifty
Eight Dollars and 90/100 ($658. 90) hereinabove referred to, being
a proper bond and in the proper amount as complete indemification
of the Weld County Treasurer and Weld County, Colorado.
The above and foregoing Resolution, was on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 6th day of

sworn upon oath, depose and say: That I, We, are the identical person(s) to
whom was issued (or-assibmed) Tax Certificate Numbered 48 of the 1976
Weld County Tax Sale, covering the 19 75 taxes on:

That said (acoigncd) Certificate has been misplaced, lost or destroyed
and after the most careful and diligent search, I, We; cannot find the same
nor can I, We, produce the same for presentation for a Treasurer's or Tax
Deed for the property covered by this Certificate. That I, We-, have not
assigned or disposed of this Certificate to any other person or persons, and
alit
that I, We-, arre still the legal owner of said Certificate. That I, We-, make
this affidavit for the purpose of inducing the county commissioners of said
Weld County, Colorado, to authorize issuance by the County Treasurer of
said Weld County of a new certificate, upon the condition that I, We-, indemnify
said Weld County and the Weld County Treasurer for and on account of said
