RE: AUTHORIZING THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY OF THE 19TH JUDICIAL
DISTRICT, WELD COUNTY, COLORADO, TO DEFEND S. LEE
SHEHEE, WELD COUNTY CLERK AND RECORDER, A DEFENDANT
IN THE CASE ENTITLED, WILLIAM S. "BILL" GARNSEY, ET AL
VS, THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF
WELD, ET AL, IN THE WELD COUNTY DISTRICT COURT, GREELEY,
COLORADO,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners, Weld
County, Colorado, authorizes the District Attorney of the 19th Judicial
District, Weld County, Colorado, to defend S. Lee Shehee, Weld County
Clerk and Recorder, a Defendant in the case entitled, William S. "Bill"
Garnsey, et al vs. the Weld County Board of County Commissioners, et al,
being a case in the Weld County District Court, and do whatever is necessary
in bringing the matter to a speedy conclusion,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Resolution is passed pursuant
to 1973 C. R. S. 20-1 -105 (2).
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted this 14th day of November, A. D. , 1975.
