For and in consideration of the promises hereinafter stated, the parties agree as follows:
In performance of this agreement, Aims Continuing Education Authority agrees to:
A. Provided Eleven 3 hour training class of First Look at MS Office 2007 Software
B. Classes shall be held at Aims Corporate Education Center
C. The given time and dates for use of said services will be as follows:

In performance of this agreement, Weld County Government agrees to:
A. Select up to 16 individuals for training for each of the above referenced classes
B. Pay $5280(33hrsX $160.00/hr) to Aims for MS Office 2007 Training
C. Pay in full at the time of billing the total of $5280
If your organization requires a purchase order for processing the invoice after completion of
training please include purchase order when returning a signed and dated copy of the attached
agreement.
Agreement shall be signed by an authorized County commissioner and returned to Aims in the enclosed
self addressed stamped envelope. Please furnish the commissioners name clearly printed or typed.
In witness, whereof, the parties hereto have executed this agreement this 13th day of July, 2009.
