Air Pollution Control Division I'll -- Notice of a Proposed Construction Permit Warranting Public Comment CDPHE Website Title: Noble Energy, Inc. - TIMMERMAN PLATTE VALLEY T4N-R65W-S13 LO1 - Weld County Notice Period Begins: December 15, 2025 Notice is hereby given that an application for a proposed project or activity has been submitted to the Colorado Air Pollution Control Division for the following source of air pollution: Applicant: Noble Energy, Inc. Facility: TIMMERMAN PLATTE VALLEY T4N-R65W-S13 LO1 Well Production Facility NESW Section 13 T4N R65W Weld County The proposed project or activity is as follows: Noble Energy, Inc. submitted a permit modification based on site-specific sampling for gas venting from a low pressure (LP) separator at a well production facility in the severe ozone nonattainment area. The division has determined that this permitting action is subject to public comment requirements under Colorado Air Quality Control Commission Regulation Number 3, Part B, Section III.0 due to the following reason(s): • This source is requesting a federally-enforceable limit on the potential to emit to avoid other requirements. (Regulation Number 3, Part B, Section III.C.1.d.) The division has made a preliminary determination of approval of the application.
