Enforcement Authority
A public hearing was conducted on December 15, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., with the following
present:
Commissioner Perry L. Buck, Chair
Commissioner Scott K. James, Pro-Tem
Commissioner Jason S. Maxey
Commissioner Lynette Peppier
Commissioner Kevin D. Ross
Also present:.
Acting Clerk to the Board, Houstan Aragon
County Attorney, Bruce Barker
Department of Finance Representatives, Jennifer Oftelie and Linda Duncan
The following business was transacted:

I hereby certify that pursuant to a Notice dated December 3, 2025, and duly published •
December 5, 2025, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider
the Beebe Draw Law Enforcement Authority. Bruce Barker, County Attorney, made this
a matter of record.
Linda Duncan, Budget Analyst, shared the total revenue for Beebe Draw Law
Enforcement amounts to $63,170.00 for property tax revenue, with a specific ownership
tax amounting to $2,180.00, for total expenses in the amount of$65,350.00, for the total
appropriated budget for 2026.
No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
Commissioner Ross moved to approve adopting the budget, appropriating expenditures,
setting the mill levy, and approving the Law Enforcement Agreement and authorizing the
Chair to sign. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Maxey and it carried
unanimously. There being no further discussion, the hearing was completed at 10:59 a.m.

and foregoing Hearing Certification, on motion duly made and seconded, by the following
