WHEREAS, a request has been made by the Town of
Grover for an easement and right of way more particularly
described as follows :
That portion of Lots 21 and 22, Block 8, Beatty
Addition to the Town of Grover, County of Weld,
State of Colorado, the centerline and sidelines
of said easement shall be prolonged or fore-
shortened so as to result in a continuous ease-
ment beginning and terminating at the boundary
lines of the grantor, the centerline of said
20. 00 foot permanent utility easement to be
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot
22 and considering the North line of said Lot
22 to bear East with all bearings herein being
relative thereto; thence East 14. 62 feet to
the True Point of Beginning; thence South 03°
52 ' 55" West 140. 3 feet more or less along the
centerline of said easement to a point on the
South line of said Lot 22.
and,
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best
interest of the county to grant said easement.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that they do
hereby grant said easement to the Town of Grover.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion
duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote this
5th day of March, 1975 . y ;

EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that THE COUNTY OF WELD
ACTING BY AND THROUGH ITS BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, herein
called Grantor, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10. 00) and other good
and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
grants and conveys unto THE TOWN OF GROVER, COLORADO, a municipal
corporation in the State of Colorado, herein called Grantee, an easement and
right-of-way to install, operate, maintain and repair a sewer line and atten-
dant structures of the Grantee in, upon and along the line of said right-of-way
for said sewer line being particularly described as follows:
That portion of Lots 21 and 22, Block 8, Beatty Addition to the
Town of Grover, County of Weld, State of Colorado, the center-
line and sidelines of said easement shall be prolonged or fore-
shortened so as to result in a continuous easement beginning '
and terminating at the boundary lines of the grantor, the center-
line of said 20. 00 foot permanent utility easement to be
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 22 and considering
the north line of said Lot 22 to bear East with all bearings herein
being relative thereto; thence East 14. 62 feet to the TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING; thence South 03°52'55" West 140. 3 feet more or
less along the centerline of said easement to a point on the South
line of said Lot 22.
The right-of-way hereby granted is and shall always be of sufficient
width to allow proper operation, maintenance and repair of said sewer line.
There is attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference a
plat marked Exhibit A prepared by Hogan and Olhausen P. C. , Engineering
Consultants of Loveland, Colorado, dated December 16, 1974, showing the
line of the right-of-way hereby granted to the Grantee for said sewer line.

RE: Town of Grover Sewer System

Enclosed you will find a legal description of the property in
Grover across which the Town of Grover is requesting a utility
easement.
I spoke with Richard Straub and Glen Billings relative to this
easement and informed than of the fact that there has been a road
over these two lots for approximately 20 years or more. Additionally,
by the time I received the blueprints fran the engineer requesting
that easements be obtained, the contractor had already laid the
sewer lines under this route. In light of the foregoing, both
Straub and Billings agreed that the County should go ahead and grant
the Town of Grover the permanent utility easements. I would
appreciate your putting this legal description in the form
acceptable to the Weld County Board of County Carmissioners and
doing a resolution. I would appreciate your remitting these to me
as soon as possible after execution.

owner in fee to the real property hereinafter described in consideration of
Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, sell and convey to the Town of
Grover, Colorado, a municipal corporation in the State of Colorado, the
following permanent utility easement:
That portion of Lots 21 and 22, Block 8, Beatty Addition to the
Town of Grover, County of Weld, State of Colorado, the center-
line and sidelines of said easement shall be prolonged or
foreshortened so as to result in a continuous easement beginning
and terminating at the boundary lines of the grantor, the center-
line of said 20.00 foot permanent utility easement to be
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 22 and considering
the north line of said Lot 22 to bear East with all hearings herein
being relative thereto; thence East 14.62 feet to the TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING; thence South 03°52'55" West 140.3 feet more or less along
