Ross Also present: Acting Clerk to the Board, Jess Reid Deputy County Attorney, Karin McDougal Department of Planning Services Representative, Angela Snyder The following business was transacted: I hereby certify that pursuant to a Notice dated November 13, 2025, and duly published November 15, 2025, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of WETCO WCR 49 HWY 34, LLC, for Use by Special Review Permit, USR25-0011, for Open Mining (topsoil) outside of subdivisions and historic townsites in the A (Agricultural) Zone District. Karin McDougal, Deputy County Attorney, made this a matter of record. Angela Snyder, Department of Planning Services, stated the Planning Commission hearing was continued to February 3, 2026, and presented a request for a continuance of the Board of County Commissioner's hearing to February 18, 2026. No public testimony was offered concerning this matter. Commissioner Ross moved to continue the matter to February 18, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., to allow the case to be heard by the Planning Commission on February 3, 2026. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Maxey, and it carried unanimously.
