Approve Reappointments to Weld County Building Code Board of Appeals
Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
Whereas, the terms for certain positions on the Weld County Building Code Board of
Appeals will soon expire, and
Whereas, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
Mark Benjamin to said board as a Licensed Engineer Representative, with a term effective
January 1, 2025, and to expire December 31, 2027, and to reappoint Tyler Drage to said
board as the Fire Department Representative, and to reappoint Robert Rigg to said board,
both with terms to expire December 31, 2028.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Mark Benjamin, Tyler Drage, and Robert Rigg, be, and hereby are,
reappointed to the Weld County Building Code Board of Appeals, with terms to commence
and expire as listed above.
The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, approved the above
and foregoing Resolution, on motion duly made and seconded, by the following vote on
the 10th day of December, A.D., 2025, nunc pro tunc January 1, 2025:
