RE: AUTHORIZING MELVIN DINNER , ESQ. TO
DEFEND THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, WELD COUNTY,
COLORADO, DEFENDANT, IN THE CASE ENTITLED, WILLIAM S.
"BILL" GARNSEY, ET AL, VS. THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF WELD, STATE OF COLORADO, ET AL
IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE COUNTY OF WELD, STATE OF
COLORADO.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners, Weld
County, Colorado, authorizes MELVIN DINNER , esq. of
Greeley, Colorado, to defend said Board in the case of William S. "Bill"
Garnsey, et al vs. the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Weld,
State of Colorado, et al, in the District Court in and for the County of Weld,
State of Colorado, and do whatever is necessary in bringing the matter to a
speedy conclusion.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 14th day of November, A. D. ,
1975.
