At the present time the rural free de-ivery mail route Yo. 2 extends a.long this road, and if it is closed, this will necessitate a different route, which also will work a great hardship upon those receiving mail; also, two milk trucks and two scool busses are using this road as a matter of convenience to the resi- dents along the route; too, a large acreage of beets grown on the East side of thc; river are hauled over said bridge to what is known as Moore Dump on the Great West- ern Su; ar Company road, and the closing of said bridge would necessitate 3 longer haul to Platteville over the paved highway.
