RE: GRANT EXTENSION OF TIME REQUEST TO BARRY E. SERLIS OF THE
HEARTH COMPANY CONCERNING THE PURCHASE OF THE OLD NURSING
HOME.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on August 21, 1978, the Board of County Commissioners
accepted a contract with Barry E. Serlis of The Hearth Company
concerning the purchase of the Old Nursing Home, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Serlis has requested a 60-day extension of time
to March 1, 1979, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable
and in the best interests of Weld County to approve said request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Barry E.
Serlis of The Hearth Company for a 60-day extension of time to
March 1, 1979 concerning the purchase of the Old Nursing Home be,
and hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 27th day of
December, A.D. , 1978 .
