Dear Commissioners :
During it' s June Board meeting (June 28-29) , the Mined Land Reclamation
Board will consider the possible violation (operating without a permit)
of the Mined Land Reclamation Act (H.B. 1065) by the Weld County Com-
mission acting on behalf of Weld County. This letter is to serve as
notice to the Weld County Commission that action may be taken on the
above cited matter and to suggest that the Weld County Commission or
it's representative may wish to be present at the meeting.
