RE: APPROVE RIGHT-OF-WAY USE PERMIT AND ACCEPT COLLATERAL FOR TWO (2)
YEAR WARRANTY OF WORKMANSHIP- DCP MIDSTREAM, LP
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,on December 3, 2010,the Weld County Department of Public Works accepted
and approved a Right-of-Way Use Permit (RW10-004012), for DCP Midstream, LP,
3026 4th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado 80631,for a Two(2)Year Warranty of Workmanship regarding
the installation of a 20-inch natural gas pipeline under County Roads 34.5, 38, 42, 44, 46, 48, 50,
52, and 54, between County Roads 47 and 49, on the following described real estate, to-wit:
SE1/4 of Section 1, Township 4 North; SE1/4 of
Section 12, Township 4 North; NE1/4 of Section 12,
Township 3 North; SE1/4 of Section 13, Township 4
North; SE1/4 of Section 13, Township 3 North; SE1/4
of Section 24, Township 4 North; SE1/4 of
Section 24, Township 5 North; SE1/4 of Section 25,
Township 5 North; SE1/4 of Section 36, Township 5
North; SE1/4 of Section 36, Township 4 North,
Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS, pursuant to the terms of said permit, the Board has been presented with
License or Permit Bond No. 105487751,from Travelers Casualty and Surety Company, One Tower
Square, Hartford, Connecticut 06183, of America, in the amount of$40,000.00, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to accept said License or Permit
Bond as stated above, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado,that License or Permit Bond No. 105487751,from Travelers Casualty and Surety
Company of America, in the amount of$40,000.00, be and hereby is, accepted.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That we, DCP Midstream,LP , as Principal(s)
and Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America a Connecticut corporation
authorized to transact surety business in the State of Colorado , as Surety, are held and firmly
bound unto Board of County Commissioners,Weld County,915 10th Street,Greeley,CO 80631
as Obligee, in the penal sum of Forty Thousand and 00/100 ( $40,000.00
DOLLARS, lawful money of the United States of America, for the payment of which, well and truly to be
made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns,jointly and severally,
firmly by these presents.
WHEREAS, Principal has applied to the Obligee for a license or permit to do business as
Contractor to work within County Rights of Way
NOW THEREFORE, THE CONDITION OF THIS OBLIGATION IS SUCH, That if the said Principal(s) shall
comply with all applicable Ordinances, Rules and Regulations, and any Amendments thereto, then this
obligation shall be void, otherwise to remain in full force and effect.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, That this bond shall continue in force until:
1. , or until the expiration date of any Continuation Certificate executed by
Surety, at its sole option.
