RE : APPROVAL TO INCREASE PETTY CASH FUNDS OF THE YOUTH SHELTER
HOME AND THE FRATERNITY HOUSE.
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Youth Shelter Home and The Fraternity House
have requested that their petty cash funds be increased from
$75. 00 to $150 . 00 each, and
WHEREAS , the Comptroller of Weld County and the Finance
Officer of Weld County have recommended that said petty cash
funds be increased to $150 . 00 .
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County , Colorado that the petty cash fund
for the Youth Shelter Home and the petty cash fund for The
Fraternity House be, and hereby are , increased from $75 .00 to
$150 . 00 each.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 2nd day of
May, A.D. , 1979 .
