TDOAT: E.ChEri9stiGoathman, FROM: Don Stang COLORADO SUBJECT: High Plains USR 1677 Here is an updated punch list for High Plains USR 1677 from Public Works. 1. Repair silt fence that is down on the south East corner of the project. This has been completed 2. The Public Works has received all materials testing results from constructed lanes. This has been completed. 3. Entrance to the project must be broomed of sand and gravel going on to WCR 32 as a continuing maintenance item. Periodic inspection has shown this is being done. 4. The culvert at entrance has serious erosion problems that must be addressed. It has both ends exposed and needs to be backfilled again and the rip rap placed again. Side slopes for each ditch need to be reworked. Soil blankets may need to be used. I would appreciate some plan as to how this problem will be solved permanently. Photos # 1 and 2 5. In the acceleration lane the top lift of asphalt has delaminated from the lower layer and needs to be repaired. Approximately a 60' x 15' area in size.
