RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Bruce Fitzgerald and Benjamin Hansford be
reappointed to said board as regular members and that Bill Hall be reappointed as an associate
member, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Bruce Fitzgerald, Benjamin Hansford,
and Bill Hall to said board, with terms to expire July 31, 2013.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Bruce Fitzgerald, Benjamin Hansford, and Bill Hall be, and hereby are,
reappointed to the Board of Adjustment, with terms to expire July 31, 2013.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 28th day of July, A.D., 2010.
