Dear Mr. Moser:
On December 28, 2009, the Weld County Dept. of Public Health &Environment conducted an inspection of
STROMO,LLC Composting Facility, located at 21970 WCR 30, in Weld County, Colorado. The purpose of
the inspection was to observe the recently constructed mixing pad.
Based on the inspection, the facility was in compliance with Amended Use by Special Review Permit
Number 1276 -AmUSR`-127,6)'
