Hi Kim,
Kerr-McGee received the attached Notification per the Colorado Statute. We will not be taking any action on this
application per my conversation with Mr. Weiss this morning. He confirmed that there was not any building involved in
this application, and that our setbacks on existing equipment and wells would not be impacted. Please let me know if you
have any questions.
