Amendment to Development Standard #32

Request of applicant to amend Development Standard # 32
Development Standard #32 states:
"Hours of operation will be restricted to daylight hours only, after completion of the wells."
Rationale, the hours of operation restriction does not consider that it could be sometime before the
St.Vrain Lakes PUD subdivision is developed and there would be surrounding owners that would be
impacted.
• Requested amendment: "Hours of operation after initial completion of the nine (9) wells and any
subsequent operations shall be conducted during daylight hours if at such time as subsequent
operations begin there is residential or commercial development within five hundred(500)feet of the
operations area."
