Attached for filing in the above-referenced District file are the Oaths of Office for
Jason Monforton who has been appointed to the Board of Directors to serve until the next
regular election in May 2010, filling the vacancy left by Daniel Sheldon who resigned
and whose term would expire in 2010, and Paul Knopinski who has been appointed to
serve until the next regular election in May2010, filling the vacancy left by Steve Steele
who resigned and whose term would expire in 2012. Also attached is the current Blanket
Faithful Performance Bond for the directors and treasurer of the District.
