Staff will be requesting one amendment to the Resolution. Item 1.D.5 under the heading of Prior to
Recording the Plat:
Current language is:
If additional freestanding signs are proposed, the location shall be shown on the plat a minimum of
twenty (20) feet
from County Road 53. The size of the sign is limited to sixteen (16) square feet.
Proposed amendment language
If additional freestanding signs are proposed, the location shall be shown on the plat a minimum of
twenty (20)feet
from future County Road 53 right-of-way. The size of the sign is limited to sixteen (16) square feet

Kim,
After further discussions with the applicant and their plans regarding the Wild Animal Sanctuary, Anadarko will be
okay with the County requiring the legal drilling window's to be shown on the applicants plats and materials, rather
than entering into an agreement at this time. Our objection will remain in place.
