RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS AND APPOINTMENT TO BUILDING TRADES ADVISORY
COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Building Trades Advisory Committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Douglas Graff be reappointed to said committee,
as the large independent general contractor representative, and that Marion Richter be reappointed
as the heating contractor representative, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Joseph McClellan be appointed as the Weld
County Home Builders representative, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Douglas Graff and Marion Richter to
said committee, with terms to expire April 10, 2013, and appoint Joseph McClellan to said
committee, with a term to expire April 10, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Douglas Graff and Marion Richter be, and hereby are, reappointed to the
Building Trades Advisory Committee,with terms to expire April 10, 2013, and that Joseph McClellan
be, and hereby is, appointed to the Building Trades Advisory Committee,with a term to expire April
10, 2012.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 12th day of April, A.D., 2010.
