Here are my comments for the above referral:
1. Projected ROW need for US 85 is 100' either side of the highway centerline.
2. No new access to US 85 will be allowed.
3. The applicant needs to be made aware of the changes proposed to the intersection of US 85 and \NCR 4 per the State
Highway Access Code. (At some point in the future a frontage road will be built and direct access to US 85 at this
location, eliminated. CDOT has no idea when those improvements will be constructed.)
4. If traffic proposed by this change increases traffic at the intersection by more than 20%, then a new access permit
must be obtained.
