RESOLUTION
RE: ESTABLISHMENT OF BLOOD BANK USE COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado desires to establish a Blood Bank Use Committee to monitor
an established policy concerning the Weld County Blood Bank, and
WHEREAS, the following-named persons have been nominated to
serve on said Weld County Blood Bank Use Committee:
Norman Carlson, Chairman
Ken McWilliams
Brad Slife
Paul Anthony
Sandy Moorhouse
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Weld County Blood Bank
Use Committee, be, and hereby is established and the aforementioned
members are hereby appointed to said committee for a term to expire
by further order of the Board of County Commissioners.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 4th day of April,
A.D. , 1977.
The above and foregoing Resolution was read into the record
and signed on the 6th day of April, A.D. , 1977.
