I am in receipt of your letter to Sandra Holmes dated February 13, 2009
regarding the notification required by Weld County before they will approve your
storage facility.
Should your proposed facility not interfere with our existing wells, then we
• would have no issue with your development. As long as we have continued
access to our facilities, and have sufficient land remaining undeveloped for future
wells, then you have our concurrence. Since you only own 29.744 acres of the
surface, I see no problems.

We are informing Windsor Energy that we are planning to put a R.V storage facility on a portion of our
property.
Weld County, CO wrote us saying that "A part of the application is to provide mineral notice to, in this
• instance, Windsor Energy Group, LLC, the mineral leaseholder for the property. You are providing notice
that the property is to be developed and are seeking their concurrence that the proposal serves to
provide no impact to their future operations."
Please write tome regarding this matter so that I can inform Weld County.

I received your undated letter August 11, 2008 requesting a list of mineral rights owners to provide to
the Weld County planners.
According to the Affidavit of Interest Owners you attached to your letter, "The list shall be prepared
• from the real property records by a person qualified to do the task, and shall be current as of a date
more than thirty (30) days prior to the date the application is submitted to the Department of Planning
Services", so any list we would provide would not comply with the requirements of this affidavit. For this
reason we will not be providing this information to you.
