SERVICES AND MERCHANDISE AT RETAIL TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC, OFFICES,
AND A 70-FOOT WIRELESS TOWER IN THE C-3 (BUSINESS COMMERCIAL) ZONE
DISTRICT- RRRS, LLP, C/O CHRISTINE HIATT
A public hearing was conducted on June 30, 2010, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner Douglas Rademacher, Chair
Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer, Pro-Tem
Commissioner Sean P. Conway
Commissioner William F. Garcia
Commissioner David E. Long - EXCUSED
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Jennifer VanEgdom
County Attorney, Bruce Barker
The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated May 18, 2010, and duly published May 20, 2010,
in the Windsor Beacon, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of RRRS, LLP,
c/o Christine Hiatt, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review
Permit#1745 for a Medical Marijuana Dispensary in the C-3 (Business Commercial) Zone
District, along with Uses Permitted as a Use by Right and Accessory Use (car/truck wash),
Vehicle Service Repair (oil change and vehicle lubrication), Stores and Shops Furnishing
Services and Merchandise at Retail to the General Public, Offices, and a 70-foot Wireless
Tower in the C-3 (Business Commercial) Zone District. Bruce Barker, County Attorney, made
this a matter of record and stated the applicant has requested withdrawal the application, due to
the passage of House Bill #1284. He confirmed the Board's approval of the Resolution will
accept the applicant's request for withdrawal.
No public testimony was provided concerning the matter.
Commissioner Kirkmeyer moved to approve the request of RRRS, LLP, c/o Christine Hiatt,
dated June 14, 2010, to withdraw the application for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use
by Special Review Permit #1745 for a Medical Marijuana Dispensary in the C-3 (Business
Commercial) Zone District, along with Uses Permitted as a Use by Right and Accessory Use
(car/truck wash), Vehicle Service Repair (oil change and vehicle lubrication), Stores and Shops
Furnishing Services and Merchandise at Retail to the General Public, Offices, and a 70-foot
Wireless Tower in the C-3 (Business Commercial) Zone District. The motion was seconded by
Commissioner Garcia, and it carried unanimously. There being no further discussion, the
hearing was completed at 10:05 a.m.
