To Whom It May Concern:
1 am writing in reference to the dogs of Rudy Camarillo, and Sandra
Rakowski, I stopped by 11467 cr 18 and ask the gentleman, whom later I
found out was Mr. Camarillo if they were indeed going to start a kennel,
and he told me that they just wanted to keep their five dogs, and by Weld
County code this was the only way they could keep them. My wife and I
ride our bicycles by their property in the summer, and their dogs come out
to greet us barking as soon us they call them back they stop, but they
cannot get out of the fence, when I spoke with Mr. Camarillo the dogs
were next to him, they did not bark at me in his presence, and I did pet all
of the dogs. I told him I hope the best for him and Sandra, and my, wife
and I will stop by in the summer:

I Gilbert Camarillo am writing this letter on behalf of Sandra
Rakowski, and Rudy Camarillo in reference to their dogs, I
always visit, 11467 county road 18 where they reside and the
dogs know me very well, when I arrive the dogs bark at me then
stop once they know It is me and my family. Their dogs play
with my children, and have never hurt any of them. The dogs can
not get out of the property I know I help put up the fencing
around the property these five dogs are harmless. Please

! Charles A. Camarillo am writing this letter for Sandra
Rakowski, and Rudy Camarillo, I always visit them at 11467 CR
18. My family and 1 do not, and cannot ever recall a time when
the dogs were ever threatening to us. Yes they do bark when
we first arrive, and then they calm down once they know who
we are. The dogs always play with my youngest son and have
never hurt him. The types of dogs they have Golden Retrievers,
Beagle, and a Cocker Spaniel, I do not believe have ever been
considered to be vicious dogs. Sandra and Rudy take care of all
their animals better than most people take care of their own

I have dropped by numerous times to 11467 county road 18 and
have told Sandra Rakowski of how nice their place is and that
the property has changed greatly since they have lived there, the
dogs do bark when I drop by, but once they know who lam they
stop and never have the dogs ever shown me any signs of being
vicious or trying to get through the fence. I feel very safe when I
am on the property, and Sandra Rakowski always keeps the in
line and the dogs do listen to her completely.

My name is Ruth Rakowski the mother of Sandra Rakowski, I
have visited my daughter at 11467 CR18 many times and I
have brought friends with me.
I am 76 years old and my friends are older, and we have
never felt uneasy or threatened that we might be knocked
down or attacked. My daughter has dogs that are calm and
very friendly. My daughter, Sandra shows complete control
over her dogs and they let her know someone is there by
barking but are at ease when she signals to the dogs it is
okay. I never feel nor do my elderly friends that we are in
any danger when we are near or on her property./

I am writing this letter in response to the complaints about the dogs owned by Sandra
Rakowski, and Rudy Camarillo. I've visited their residence at 11467 CR 18 and have
interacted with their pets. At no point in time did I ever feel threatened,nor did any of 5
dogs display aggressive behavior.The dogs were all playful,and responded to voice
commands from Sandra. They barked when [arrived,alerting Sandra and Rudy to my
presence,but never attempted to block my path,nip, or intimidate me. Contact me if you
