Dear County Commissioner,
Due to the increased cost of doing business,effective March 1,2O1O, Basic Cable rates will increase from
$45.95 to $47.95 per month. This is a$2.00 per month increase for Basic Cable services with the
majority of this increase being directly related to the rise in programming costs. Enclosed is a copy of
the notice our subscribers received in their February statements.
