As we discussed this morning, H-C Services is contracted to construct the fence along the
south side of the property at Mile High Dairy. Please see attached letter. The pen fencing
needs to be moved in so that a new drive can be constructed around the southeast corner of
the pen area within the USR boundary and then the screening fence can be constructed and
still allow feed trucks access to the south pens. It is my understanding that the landscape
screening on the north side of the property will be completed this spring when it is warm
enough to plant.

To Whom It May Concern,
H-C Services, LLC is contracted to complete site improvements at Mile High Dairy. The closure of ponds
and other upgrades necessary to meet permit requirements, as well as weather conditions,have
prevented the installation of the fencing. Construction of fencing is scheduled to begin the week of
January 11,2010. The completion of other remaining upgrades is scheduled to take place this spring.
