a. Change in the quantity of services within current term.
b. In accordance with Section 2.3. of the Original Contract number 08CAA00014
between the State of Colorado, Department of Corrections and Weld County
Community Corrections Board, covering the period of July 1, 2009 through June 30,
2010, the State hereby exercises the option for a change of quantity of services for
offenders designated by the State as Accelerated Transition Pilot Program (ATPP). The
maximum quantities for ATPP Case Management Meetings and ATPP Urinalysis
services which are referenced in Section 3.1.(3), Exhibit A and Exhibit B are hereby
removed. Accordingly, the existing Exhibit A and Exhibit B forms are replaced with the
forms attached hereto and which are hereby incorporated by reference into the
Contract. The maximum amount that the Contractor may charge for offenders
designated by the State as ATPP remains Two Hundred Seventy Five Dollars ($275.00)
per offender per month.
The amount of the current Fiscal Year contract value is unchanged for the current fiscal
year 2010 and remains at $ 94,878.00The total contract value including all previous
amendments, option letters, etc. is $ '446,378.00
c. The effective date of this Option Letter is upon approval of the State Controller or
March 12, 2010, whichever is later.

dated below by the State Controller or delegate.Contractor is not authorized to begin performance until such time.If
Contractor begins performing prior thereto,the State of Colorado is not obligated to pay Contractor for such performance
or for any goods and/or services provided hereunder.
