Enclosed you will find a copy of the Board of Director Oath of Office administered to
Rodney Rice on September 28, 2010. J. E. Laudick resigned his position on the Board of
Directors and Rodney Rice was appointed to replace him until the next election held in
2012.
A copy of the required insurance bond is also enclosed.
