RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVAL OF SUBDIVISION EXEMPTION NO. 60 - STAN RECH.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
CD Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
U'
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
® affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
'' Colorado, has reviewed the request of Stan Rech for an exemption
from the definition of "subdivision" and "sub-divided land" in
Section 30-28-101 (10) , CRS 1973 , as amended, and Section 2-1 of
c�a
Z the Weld County Subdivision Regulations, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners finds that Stan
Rech is the owner of a parcel of land in Part of the W'SW' of
Section 22, Township 2 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld
County, Colorado. Mr. Rech desires to use the 132 foot wide strip
of land as an access for a recently approved Special Use Permit.
For subdivision purposes, the 132 foot strip will be combined with
the 20 acres Mr. Rech presently owns. The legal descriptions for
the abovementioned tracts of land are set forth in Exhibit "A" being
attached hereto and incorportated herein by reference, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has considered
the recommendations of the Department of Planning Services on this
matter and has reviewed information submitted by the applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the aforementioned tract
of land owned by the applicant, be, and hereby is, declared to be
exempt from the definition of "subdivision" and "sub-divided land"
as set forth in Section 30-29-101 (10) , CRS 1973, as amended, and
in Section 2-1 of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations, and
further finds that said tract shall be considered a single lot.

exemption from Section 2-1 of the Weld County Subdivision Regu-
lations adopted August 30, 1972 , which defines the term subdivi-
sion:

The Planning Department has reviewed this request and recommends

We would like a subdivision exemption on the ground known as
the north 132 feet of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter
(N132' W 1/2 SW1/2), except the East 330 feet thereof, Section
22, Townsnip 2 North, Range 66 West of the 6th i. m.; except
and reserving unto the grantors all oil, gigs and other minerals.
This land is to be used as an access to the 31 Water Disposal.
We need this road for an access from Weld County Road 31 and
will be the only access we will have for the trucks to enter
on.
