WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, CD Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home U' Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the ® affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, '' Colorado, has reviewed the request of Stan Rech for an exemption from the definition of "subdivision" and "sub-divided land" in Section 30-28-101 (10) , CRS 1973 , as amended, and Section 2-1 of c�a Z the Weld County Subdivision Regulations, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners finds that Stan Rech is the owner of a parcel of land in Part of the W'SW' of Section 22, Township 2 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado. Mr. Rech desires to use the 132 foot wide strip of land as an access for a recently approved Special Use Permit. For subdivision purposes, the 132 foot strip will be combined with the 20 acres Mr. Rech presently owns. The legal descriptions for the abovementioned tracts of land are set forth in Exhibit "A" being attached hereto and incorportated herein by reference, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has considered the recommendations of the Department of Planning Services on this matter and has reviewed information submitted by the applicant.
