WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Weld
County, Colorado, is vested with the responsibility of ad-
ministering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the dedication of the new County Services
Building is an event forthcoming in 1976 , and
WHEREAS, to involve the public, it has been sug-
gested by the United Bank of Greeley that a contest be held
in conjunction with said dedication; proposal of said contest
is marked Exhibit "A" , attached hereto and made a part here-
of by reference. However, dates in proposal will be estab-
lished at a later date to coincide with said dedication, and
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best
interests of the county to authorize contest as hereinabove
mentioned.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of
County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that the United
Bank of Greeley be, and it hereby is authorized to conduct
said contest in accordance with proposal and condition as
hereinabove mentioned.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion
duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote this
26th day of January, 1976.

All rights to the photograph must be relinquished and as the winners
are announced, they must supply the negative strip! !
Each entry should have a card attached with the following information:
Photographer, address, phone number,
date of photo and geographic location
of the photo.

Enclosed herewith is a copy of the resolution dated
January 26, 1976 , authorizing the "Capture the County Con-
test" to be conducted by the United Bank of Greeley.
Please note the last sentence of paragraph three which
refers to the dates . Mr. Glenn K. Billings , Chairman of
the Board of County Commissioners, wishes to meet with you
