bank with confidence. The star-rating assigned by BauerFinancial is based on our
analysis of the financial condition of the bank and applies to the entire bank - the main
office and all of its branches. In addition to the star-rating for each bank, you'll see the
FDIC certificate number (a unique number assigned to each FDIC-insured institution), the
city and state where it's headquartered, the main telephone number for the bank, the total
number of branches the bank has nationwide and the year it was established. The
addresses of the branches in the region you selected are grouped under the heading for
each bank. Star ratings are based on June 30, 2010 financial data and supplemental
data as available.

Please note: star ratings are subject to change at any time and are current as of today. However,there is a lag time
between today's date and the date of the financial data included on our reports.
The reason is this: after the close of each quarter,the banks have a month to file their reports; regulators take another
month to review the data and get it to us;the data is updated on our site one to two weeks after that.
Rest assured, our analysts review current events as they unfold and star-ratings are current to reflect that; the financial
data on the reports however is updated four times per year.
As a rule:
March 31 data is available by mid-June.
June 30 data is available by mid-Sept.
Sept. 30 data is available by mid-Dec.
Dec. 31 data is available by mid-March.
