RESOLUTION (.; (P _,p,,,�� p15/
WHEREAS, heretofore the Board of County Commissioners, Weld
County, Colorado, by Resolution of August 7, 1974, did agree to lease pur-
chase from Macdonald Equipment Company, Commerce City, Colorado, for
the use of Weld County, Colorado, the following equipment, to-wit:
1 - Champion Motorgrader with GM 4-71N diesel engine,
Model 560 HD
1 - Champion Motorgrader with GM 4-71N diesel engine,
Model 560 HD
1 - Champion Motorgrader with GN 4-71N diesel engine,
Model 560 HD
as per vehicle lease purchase agreements Nos. C-101, C-102, and C-103,
respectively, including all attachments and maintenance supplements thereto,
all as_qubmitted and made a part of said Resolution by reference, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution dated December 31, 1974, the Board agreed
to accept an amendment to the aforesaid lease purchase agreements, all in
accordance with the terms and conditions in said amendment, and
WHEREAS, the Board subsequently determined that it would not be
in the best interests of the County to accept the aforementioned lease purchase
agreements nor the amendment thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the County of Weld,
State of Colorado, hereby does rescind the aforementioned Resolutions relative
to the lease purchase agreements Nos. C-101, C-102, and C-103 with Macdonald
Equipment Company, including the aforementioned amendment thereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said aforementioned Resolutions
dated August 7, 1974, and December 31, 1974, repectively, relative to lease
purchase agreements Nos. C-101, C-102, and C-103, including the amendment
thereto be considered rescinded, void and held for naught.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 9th day of April, A. D. , 1975.
