RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT#1725 FOR A
USE PERMITTED AS A USE BY RIGHT OR ACCESSORY USE IN THE COMMERCIAL
ZONE DISTRICT (LANDSCAPING BUSINESS) IN THE A(AGRICULTURAL) ZONE
DISTRICT- BRIAN AND SUSAN WILLIAMS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 19th day of
May, 2010, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing the
application of Brian and Susan Williams, 211 Gadwell Lane, Johnstown, Colorado 80534,for a Site
Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit#1725 for a Use Permitted as a Use
by Right or Accessory Use in the Commercial Zone District (landscaping business) in the
A (Agricultural) Zone District on the following described real estate, to-wit:
Lot A of Recorded Exemption #1168; being part of
the NW1/4 SW1/4 of Section 21, Township 4 North,
Range 67 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS, at said hearing the Board deemed it advisable to refer the matter back to the
Department of Planning Services, so that the matter may be reviewed by the Planning Commission,
following completion of mineral interest notification by the applicant, and
WHEREAS, the Board heard all of the testimony and statements of those present and
reviewed the request of the applicant and, having been fully informed, finds that this request be
approved and the matter should be referred back to the Department of Planning Services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, referred back to the
Department of Planning Services.
