TECHNOLOGIES, INC. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with Change Order #1 to the Agreement for the Briggsdale Grader Station Storage Tanks and Infrastructure (Bid #B1000065) between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Department of Public Works, and E.T. Technologies, Inc., commencing March 29, 2010, and ending June 19, 2010, with further terms and conditions being as stated in said change order, and WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 17th day of May, 2010, at which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to May 19, 2010, in order to allow adequate time to conduct a work session. WHEREAS, after review at the hearing conducted on May 19, 2010, and upon the recommendation of Pat Persichino, Director of the Department of Public Works, the Board deems it advisable to deny said change order. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Change Order #1 to the Agreement for the Briggsdale Grader Station Storage Tanks and Infrastructure (Bid #B1000065) between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Department of Public Works, and E.T.
