Weld County Zoning Violation Cases: ZCV10-00038 Carolyn M Matson Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 1 of Section 23-3-20, 23-3-30, 23-3-30.M, 23-3-40 and 23-3-40.R of the Weld County Code. 1 (One) Commercial Vehicle may be permitted through the Zoning Permit for a Commercial Vehicle (ZPCV) application process. Additional Commercial Vehicles shall be removed or permitted through the Use by Special Review(USR) application process.
