RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD REGARDING VIOLATION VI #0500004 AGAINST BRUCE AND
JANET RICHARD/B & J AUTO FOR VIOLATION OF THE WELD COUNTY CODE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Bruce and Janet Richard/B&J Auto, VI#0500004, are allegedly in violation of
the Weld County Code, and
WHEREAS, despite efforts by the Planning staff to resolve said matter, the violation has not
been corrected, and
WHEREAS, on the 14th day of September, 2010, a public hearing was held before the
Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of hearing testimony relating to said violation, and
WHEREAS, at said hearing, upon the recommendation of Planning staff, the Board of
County Commissioners deemed it advisable to continue the matter to the next violation hearing on
October 12, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that VI #0500004 be, and hereby is, continued to October 12, 2010, at
10:00 a.m.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 14th day of September, A.D., 2010.
